You will also learn how AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape, the risks your organisation should prepare for and the practical actions you can take now.

Cybersecurity in an AI-enabled world 

Richard will examine how AI is changing the cyber threat landscape, the risks organisations need to prepare for and the practical steps businesses can take now to strengthen their resilience.

Richard will explore how AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape and what this means for business leaders responsible for managing risk.

He will look at how increasingly sophisticated phishing, impersonation and social engineering attacks are changing the way organisations need to think about cyber resilience, and why strong fundamentals still matter.

The session will cover the role Cyber Essentials can play in reducing exposure to common attacks, why effective cyber awareness training is becoming more important as AI makes scams harder to detect, and the practical steps organisations can take now to better protect their people, systems and data.

From Copilot to ChatGPT and Claude: making AI work for your organisation

Andy will lead a practical two-part session on turning AI investment into measurable business value.

Part one: Maximising the value of your AI licences

Many organisations have invested in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, but adoption often varies dramatically. Andy will explore how businesses can move beyond one-off training and inconsistent usage to embed these tools into everyday work, increase adoption and generate enough sustained value to justify their licence investment.

Part two: Building AI around real business problems

Starting with the business problem - not the technology - Andy will show you how to identify specific use cases that offer high value and impact while carrying lower levels of risk. You’ll explore what building with AI looks like (using platforms such as Copilot Studio and Claude) and learn how this enables organisations to deploy AI safely and integrate it with their existing systems, data and processes.

Following each session, you’ll share your learnings and opportunities with your peers, leverage the knowledge within the room and discuss any concerns or queries around how you can start using AI.

Attendance is strictly limited and not being promoted publicly. The morning will conclude with a complimentary networking lunch, providing further time to speak with the experts and fellow attendees.
