Tom Dymond, Partner - Head of Property at TC Group
Tom Dymond’s a Chartered Surveyor and Partner - Head of Property at TC Group. A long-standing member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Tom holds an RICS-accredited degree in Land Management from De Montfort University, Leicester.
With extensive experience spanning the early 2000s to today, Tom advises a diverse range of clients — from ambitious, fast-growing enterprises to some of the UK’s largest corporate organisations. He’s recognised for his straightforward approach, delivering high-quality, practical property advice that drives measurable benefits and efficiencies across portfolios of all sizes.
Throughout his career, Tom’s led and developed multiple teams of Chartered Surveyors and Property Professionals. He takes particular pride in mentoring emerging talent, many of whom have gone on to achieve RICS accreditation and establish successful careers within the property sector.
Tom founded and continues to lead TC Group’s rapidly expanding Property Services division – a unique and growing practice built from the ground up – and has assembled a talented and ambitious team dedicated to delivering first-class advice and support to a national client base.
Outside of work, Tom’s a keen sportsman and enjoys football, golf, and travelling with his family.

Felix Medd – Head of R&D at TC Group
Felix Medd is Head of R&D at TC Group, bringing over six years of specialised experience in the R&D sector. He began his career as an Analyst before progressing to lead a dedicated Enquiry Defence team at a London-based tax consultancy.
Throughout his career, Felix has managed a broad portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries, including software, manufacturing, defence, and financial services. He's developed deep expertise in HMRC legislation and compliance processes, successfully defending approximately £10 million in client claims, many of which stemmed from third-party submissions.
Working alongside ex-HMRC inspectors, qualified accountants, and technical specialists, Felix has supported businesses nationwide during HMRC compliance checks and investigations. He’s regularly engaged with HMRC’s Head of R&D Operational Compliance, contributing valuable industry insight and advocating for improvements in the enquiry process. His input has also driven enhancements in internal training, claims methodology, and reporting standards.
Felix holds a background in M&A from his early career in Hong Kong and brings a blend of commercial awareness and technical acumen to his role at TC Group. Outside of work, he’s an avid scuba diver and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt.

Debbie Ince – Director, Head of Tax (TC Group Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Southampton)
With over 30 years’ experience in tax planning, Debbie helps both individuals and owner-managed businesses navigate tax and related business matters. She provides reliable guidance across business planning, remuneration strategies, and complex capital taxes, always delivering practical, tax-efficient solutions while keeping a clear commercial perspective.
What sets Debbie apart is her personal approach. She takes the time to really understand each client, whether an individual or a business, making sure every piece of advice is relevant and easy to act on.
