• How to be a great employer so people love working for you and bring their best version work each day, so that you can achieve your business goals.
• Taking your questions around upcoming law changes

Emma has been helping organisations of all sizes get this right for over 20 years, and even did a Masters in it!  Emma loves to work with start-ups and small businesses, enabling them to make the best decisions for growth through their teams.  She comes to the session not just as an HR professional, but also as an employer, with a team of 8 at Gateway HR.
